Product Description

• Function: The jaw plate squeezes and bends the material through the relative movement of the swing jaw and the fixed jaw, so as to realize the crushing of the material. At the same time, the jaw plate also plays a protective role to prevent the swing jaw and fixed jaw from wearing out due to the huge crushing force and material friction.

• Working principle: When the crusher is working, the eccentric shaft rotates to drive the movable jaw plate to move up and down, and form extrusion and shearing effect with the fixed jaw plate fixed on the frame, so as to crush the materials. The upper part of the swing jaw plate is connected with the eccentric shaft, and the lower part is supported by the thrust plate; the fixed jaw plate is fixed on the frame.

• Installation: The jaw plate must be firmly affixed to the crusher wall plate or the swing jaw when it is installed, and both of them should be padded flat and shimmed with soft metal (e.g. lead, zinc, etc.), and finally tightened with bolts. Make sure the crushing tooth plate is not loose in work to prolong its service life.
